Practice Labs.... a targeted approach to skill building

Do you want an effective way to build skill capability?

Practice Labs are hands-on development experiences where people rehearse the skills they want to build for greater effectiveness in their role. Instead of passively reading, listening or watching, learners practice work-related skills through relatable workplace simulations. A process of practice, feedback and reapply learning is proven to accelerate skill development, boost engagement, confidence and validate competence.

Practice labs are designed to be facilitated in a 2-3 hour session.
