About Me - Community Services Training Specialist
I’m Tricia Williams, a learning and development specialist with over 35 years of experience in the community services sector. I design and deliver training, coaching, and supervision that not only builds capability and shifts culture, but also enhances leadership development.
Built on 15 years of frontline work and management, the last 20 years have seen me focus my passion on developing practice across all levels of the Communities and Justice sectors. My work has included supervision and the facilitation of learning and development strategies for frontline staff, managers and teams. I’m committed to capacity building—critically challenging and strengthening practice so that skills, approaches, and outcomes align with intent and evidence, reflecting best practice when working with children, families, older people and communities.
My purpose is clear: to create safer, more inclusive, trauma-informed workplaces where teams can develop, perform, and truly make a difference.
